Full Professor of Finance at Universidad CEU San Pablo (Madrid) where he was also Dean of The School of Business & Economics (2011-2015).
PhD. with honours from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1994). Master in Finance and Banking (ISTPB, 1999). Since 2013 Chair of Cátedra Extraordinaria “José Barea” (Instituto de Estudios Fiscales del Ministerio de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas) and since 2011 is Director of Oficial Master in Financial Markets and Asset Management at Universidad CEU San Pablo. As other professional activities he is Member of the Law Firm Dictum Abogados, Vice-president at Financial Innovation and Digital Economy Foundation and Director of the Ethics & Business Observatory. He has been member of several boards of directors in financial institutions and other firms and he has been involved in a number of entrepreneurship projects and in strategic consultancy.
